How to Submit an ARC Request

Hello! We have some exciting news about how to submit your architectural modifications directly to the ARC for their approval. The cost is $10 per application. If you send us your project any other way (email or hard copy or Town Square request, the cost is $25) This process is usually faster than waiting until the monthly committee meetings depending on the complexity of your project. You will receive responses through Town Square. Directions to submit: From the home page click on the top menu bar labeled, “Submit for ARC” and follow the prompts. You must include a copy of your property survey with your plan drawn on it with each submission and a copy of the work order/proposal from your contractor. Please submit an application for painting, pools, patios, landscaping, tree removal or planting, driveway pavers, front door changes, fences, pool cages, any changes to the exterior of your home. Performing any exterior modification without an approval is a violation of the governing documents. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you find this new process pleasing and more economical.
